EbookShala sells digital products (eBooks in PDF or similar formats). No physical product will be shipped. After successful payment, you will receive access to download the eBook by email and/or on the website.
2. Licence to use
When you buy an eBook, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own learning. You may not:
- copy, resell, share, distribute or upload the eBook (in full or in part) on any website, group or platform;
- claim the content as your own or use it to create a competing product;
- remove any copyright or brand notices from the eBook.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our eBooks, including text, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to EbookShala and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Brand names of third-party apps and services mentioned in our eBooks (such as WhatsApp, CapCut, InShot, YouTube, Instagram) belong to their respective owners. EbookShala is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is final. Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway.
5. Pre-bookings
If you pre-book an eBook before its release, you will receive it on or after the announced release date. If the release is cancelled, your pre-booking amount will be refunded in full.
6. Results disclaimer
Our eBooks are for educational purposes. We share methods and examples that have worked for others, but we do not guarantee any specific results, views, followers or income. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
7. Third-party tools
Our eBooks may refer to third-party apps, AI assistants and services. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, features or policies, which may change over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EbookShala shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
